Please record an unboxing video (full 360 angles) when you’ve received a package from us. The unboxing video is necessary as proof for damage cases, so please record it in clear lighting.
Returns
We aim to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. However, if you receive a damaged product, we are here to help. Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns unless the item you purchased is defective. If you encounter a defective item:
- You have 3 days from the date of delivery to contact us and inform us about the defect.
- Please ensure that the item is in its original packaging, unworn and in the same condition you received it.
Proof of Defect: You must provide a clear video recording of the unboxing process to verify the defect upon receipt of the item. This is necessary to support your return request.
Return Process
To initiate a return, please contact us at contact@womenscloset.in with your order number and details about the product and the defect. We will respond with instructions on how to return items from your order. Remember, the return window is only open for 3 days after delivery.
Refunds
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you of the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
- If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment.
- Approved refunds will be credited into original payment method within 5 business days
- All refunds will be processed in Indian Rupees (INR).
- Shipping charges paid during the original order (if any) are non-refundable.

We do not offer any exchanges. If you have received a defective product, the customer must have to return it and we will issue a refund.
